Position Summary

We are looking for a Mail & Administrative Operations Associate to support our internal departments through precise mail handling, document processing, and general administrative support. Top Responsibilities

  • Mail Operations:
    • Collect, sort, and deliver internal mail throughout the organization.
    • Accurately open, sort, and direct incoming external mail to the appropriate teams.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with intra-departmental tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
    • Respond to employee inquiries in person or via email.
    • Review documents for necessary actions and log them into internal systems for tracking and visibility.
  • Production & General Support:
    • Take member calls as needed to support production goals.
    • Perform scanning, filing, and prepare outgoing mail.
    • Complete other job-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable using PCs, navigating the internet, email systems, and tracking software.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work with urgency when required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Enjoys and performs well in a routine work environment.
